Abstract
Marisa Kempe studied sports science at Friedrich-Schiller University Jena and Leipzig University. She graduated from Leipzig University with a Master of Science in 2018.
She is experienced in teaching different dance styles (modern dance, jazz dance, hip-hop) and project management in sport shows and sport events.
Since 2021 she is a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Sport Science (Leipzig University) in the fields of empirical aesthetics, dance, and visual perception.
Marisa Kempe is a member of the Doctoral Student Representation at the Faculty of Sports Science since 2023.
She works as an instructor and trainer in the field of dance and choreography with organizations such as the Kreissportbund Landkreis Leipzig e.V., Sächsischer Turn-Verband e.V., and Zentrum für Hochschulsport Leipzig.
Additionally, Marisa serves as a volunteer judge for show competitions in gymnastics, dance, and acrobatics for the German Gymnastics Federation and the German Gymnastics Youth Association.
